Join us for the nation's largest Bacon Cook Off, featuring 50 professional and backyard chefs battling it out to make the best bacon dish! You'll get to taste Bacon Funnel Cake, Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin, and everything in between! The event features Texas wineries, craft breweries, the ultimate Bloody Mary bar, and a great lineup of Texas Country artists! Bacon Bash Texas is a fundraiser for children with Type One Diabetes and Niki Warms the Cold, and has been able to raise over $180,000 in the last five years! Join us on October 21 to eat your fill of bacon and help end Type One Diabetes and Homelessness in one of the hill country's best kept secrets - Cranfills Gap!
