What is BodyHacking? Bodyhacking describes the many types of self-directed human development. For one person, bodyhacking looks like piercings, tattoos, and meditation. For another, it looks like the newest prosthetic limb. It can include specialized biometric tracking devices, or cognitive enhancers. At the heart of bodyhacking is a DIY ethos.
