Afro:Baile presents: The Annual “Brazilian Day Arizona” Festival at the Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts. The annual event known widely as “Brazilian Day” is a 1 day festival-event celebrating Brazil’s Independence Day. Each year, the event creates an open window to discover Brazilian Culture past and present through Music, Dance, Performance, Martial Arts, Food, Drinks and more! Part of our determination in celebrating Brazilian Day, is to promote Brazilian culture as both an entertainment and an education while exploring the traditional customs of Brazil and its many cultural influences. Brazilian Day Arizona is the largest, most authentic Brazilian Festival in Arizona, drawing more than 14,000 people since its inception.
