The Hell City Tattoo Festival ignites again in Columbus, Ohio at the Hyatt Regency downtown located on the edge of the arts district and Phoenix, Arizona at the 5 star Arizona Biltmore Resort and Spa for another exciting year of good times and great body art in 2017!
