Every Memorial and Labor Day weekend, the upper Midwest congregates to the Noble County Fairgrounds for two reasons: bluegrass music and camping. The Northeast Indiana Bluegrass Association (NIBGA) will be setting up the stage for a dozen bands featured over four days along with 65 acres to camp with good friends and family. Evenings will give way to playing bluegrass music underneath the stars and plenty of opportunities to jam with other campers! As our NIBGA club president says.... "If the good Lord's willin' and the creek don't rise, we'll be there!"
