Lodging
Organizers recommend you stay at the Hudson Hotel. If you can’t get a room there, no worries, because NYC is massive and you should have no trouble finding accommodations.
Get intimate
The Intimate Dinners are typically pricier than the walk-around tastings, but you’ll know it was worth it when you’re clinking glasses with the culinary elite, eating food prepared by some of the food world’s biggest and brightest.
Go out in grand style
The Grand Tasting is the festival’s signature event. A ticket gets you a full day of eating and drinking your way around the venue, with demonstrations and book signings by celebrity chefs like Martha Stewart, Emeril Lagasse and Masaharu Morimoto.
Package it
If you’re a die-hard foodie with a larger bankroll, consider booking a package. The Hudson Package will get you three nights at the Hudson Hotel plus two tickets to four separate events.
Dine on a dime
Well, maybe not really a dime, but even those with less cash flow can still get in on the food fest fun. Check out the website for events under $100.
