The Gnaoua Film Festival is among the world’s largest and most prestigious gatherings. Moroccan festivals are based around the arts. The city of Marrakech celebrates film and contemporary art with huge gatherings of talent and flair. The proximity to Europe has shaped Morocco into an arts festival haven.
