Puerto Rico sits just off the eastern shores of the Dominican Republic, and this Caribbean gem knows how to party. During SanSe (San Sebastian), Puerto Ricans let loose with dancing, libations and music. The colorful balconies are alive with smiles and good vibes. The Casals festival takes the tune in a different direction–classical. Pablo Casals is a Spanish born musician born to a Puerto Rican mother. The festival named in his honor celebrates classical music from across the world.
