One of the most successful festival partnerships in recently memory is that of Dirtybird Records and Do LaB's – but now it's coming to an end after three wildly successful years.

When Dirtybird Records' success as a beloved label hatched into its own full-blown festival back in 2015, the crew needed the Do LaB's assistance in building what would become Dirtybird Campout. Do LaB's status as an iconic festival production company with inimitable style certainly helped Dirtybird Campout get ahead of the game, and its caliber of production out of the gate rewarded the Campout with three years' worth of sold out events, stacked lineups, and even an expansion to the East Coast.

Now, Dirtybird is ready to fly on its own due to its desire to grow as independent festival producers.

“Creating the wild and one-of-a-kind Dirtybird Campout has been one of the most rewarding experiences we’ve had the privilege to take part in and we’re very proud of the unique event we were able to build together,” Do LaB’s Co-Founder and President, Jesse Flemming said of the partnership's run. “The Dirtybird community welcomed us with open arms, so hosting their amazing fans for the last 3 years has been very special.”

From stage design to event staffing to marketing and promotions, Do LaB has piloted production on all Dirtybird Campout events to date. Dirtybird curated the lineups, while the games + activities were conceptualized and executed as a team. From here forward, Dirtybird Records will fully produce and curate their Campouts with their in-house team.

Do LaB's own flagship fest, Lightning in a Bottle, is coming up on Memorial Day Weekend, May 23-28, 2018. Read about all the reasons we love Lightning in a Bottle here.
