Electric Daisy Carnival celebrated its 20th anniversary this past weekend, bringing the electronic dance music community a celebration to be remembered for a lifetime. Good vibes flourished throughout the speedway, where colorful people dressed in sparkly outfits and themed attire added to the magic and beauty. These headliners came to celebrate with their rave family, listen to their favorite artists, and experience the wonders that Insomniac has brought to life since 1993.

Meet the beautiful headliners of EDC Las Vegas 2016.

This is my [Cinnamon] sixth EDC and this is [his] seventh EDC. Sean: I like the stages, they’re a lot bigger and nicer, and they look more realistic and fancy. Cinnamon: The people seem a lot friendlier this year, like everybody is more of a family than a single unit. Everybody is going up to each other and being a part of each other’s crew. It’s always fun.

This is my very first EDC, but I’ve heard about it for many years. I’m here to celebrate my friend’s wedding which is happening here at EDC; this was the very first thing that they did together and they are getting married here. I’m looking forward to all the love, I’ve always heard about this event and I had no idea how open and positive everyone was. Everyone’s body positive, encouraging, loving each other, loving themselves and I think that’s an important thing that should rub off not just at a festival, but in the world in general.

It’s my first EDC this year and Bre has already been, so this is her third EDC in a row. We decided to get married because we heard you can actually get your marriage license there. We know one day we’ll get married but this rave marriage happened because we love each other, and we met at a rave. A couple that can rave together will stay together. So until the real wedding she is my rave wife and I’m her rave husband. EDC is all about PLUR and having an amazing time with your friends, rave fam, and new people we meet.

I love how EDC fosters an unparalleled environment for self expression and how I can see the excitement on everybody’s face when going from stage to stage.

Everything here is beautiful. I’ve already found all the love and magic and beauty here so I just keep wanting to find more and more of it.

I came last year and I’ve been to two EDC Orlandos. This is [my] fourth EDC. I’m having an awesome time this year with my family. We are Seven Lions enthusiasts, to the hardcore, and we are super excited. I love the vibe that EDC brings. They definitely take care of their attendees and I feel that it’s extremely important. It’s also an opportunity to get away from the real world, which I absolutely love: to be someone that you can’t be outside of this [is] a beautiful thing.

We saw Dada Life on Friday and we got a souvenir: the giant ass banana. Bringing that home has been the best thing [of EDC] so far.
