It’s September and it’s almost time to say “sayonara” to those sweaty summer days. Not to worry, just because summer ends doesn’t mean there are no more festivals. It’s quite the contrary. And think about it, won’t those open-air festivals be a bit more pleasant when the weather cools down? And when you’re at Oktoberfest in Munich, Germany, the motherland of the Bavarian celebration (or any Oktoberfest around the world, for that matter), beer stein in hand, you probably won’t care what month it is or what the weather is like. From the Toronto International Film Festival to Rock in Rio Brasil in Rio de Janeiro, there are so many festivals in September that you might need a few extra pairs of party pants.
